BELGIUM NIVELLES

Property developer BVI.EU has delivered a 1,400 sq m facility for Lepivits at Nivelles North Green Business Park, comprising 200 sq m of food-grade cleanroom space, an R&D laboratory and office accommodation. The nutraceutical company is investing €4 million in the project, which will be operational from April 2026. The development was delivered by BVI.EU's Life Sciences Business Unit, established to serve Belgium's health and biotech sectors.

GERMANY DARMSTADT

ALÌTUS Capital Partners has appointed LIST BiB as general contractor for modernisation of the 10,000 sq m KALA building at Central Campus Darmstadt. AB Enzymes has signed a 20-year green lease for over 7,300 sq m to establish its global headquarters, with fit-out scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026. The comprehensive revitalisation will create new office and laboratory spaces, with full project completion scheduled for early 2027. A further 1,800 sq m of office and laboratory space will be available for letting, with marketing commencing at the end of 2025.

IRELAND MULLINGAR

G&F Precision Molding, a US-based manufacturer for the medical device and life sciences sectors, launched its Irish operations in October 2025 with a new engineering and sales facility in Mullingar, County Westmeath. The site offers R&D, engineering, and sales functions for pharma, medical technology, and digital health clients. Tracey Brothers delivered the 4,727 sq m building with support from Ireland's Industrial Development Authority.
