IMAXXAM Asset Management has agreed to acquire a life sciences campus at Fangdieckstraße 75–75b from CLS Holdings for €25.35 million, 9 per cent below the latest valuation, for its German Small Asset Invest fund.

Completed in 2000, the complex comprises 13,116 sq m of office, laboratory, training, service and storage space across five storeys and a basement, plus 164 parking spaces.

It is almost fully let, and the weighted average remaining lease term is just under seven years.

The long-standing anchor tenant is MVZ HPH Institut für Pathologie und Hämatopathologie GmbH.

Mission Street and BGO have agreed two lettings totalling 15,000 sq ft at The Press, a science and innovation campus in Foxton within Cambridge's southern life sciences cluster, taking the scheme's first phase to full occupancy.

Battery technology company HoriZn (formerly Superdielectrics) is relocating from Chesterford Research Park to take 10,000 sq ft, where it will commercialise its water-based zinc battery systems.

Syndex Bio, a molecular diagnostics company and an existing tenant, is expanding by a further 5,000 sq ft after quadrupling its headcount over 18 months; it closed a $15.5 million seed round led by ARCH Venture Partners in February 2026.

The Press provides lab and innovation space within a converted 1909 printing press.
