Franklin Templeton invests in Stoneshield
Franklin Templeton, through Clarion Partners, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Stoneshield Capital, the Luxembourg-based real assets manager, increasing Clarion's European AUM to $13 billion (€11 billion).
Both firms are regulars in our life sciences real estate coverage, having featured seven times between them in our weekly newsletter. Clarion's deals are UK logistics lettings to pharma and medical-device tenants; Stoneshield's are lab and science-campus deals across Madrid and Barcelona.
